Relocated and reopened in September 2024 at the foothills of Mount Nagi, this rare specialty shop is dedicated exclusively to canelés-one of only a few in Japan. Carefully selected wheat, eggs, and milk from Okayama Prefecture are used to recreate the authentic Bordeaux-style canelé, featuring a crisp caramelized exterior and a delightfully chewy interior. The colorful mini canelés, made with seasonal fruits and Japanese ingredients, offer a gentle sweetness and allow guests to enjoy a variety of flavors in one visit.
